摘要
介绍以双环戊二烯(DCPD)改性不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR),并利用合成得到的DCPD-UPR为基料,制备出具有附着力强、易打磨、常温快速固化、气干性好等力学性能,化学性能优良的汽车修补用原子灰,以及设计出研制DCPD-UPR合成原料的路线,确立了原子灰的配方和制备工艺。讨论了填料、交联剂、促进剂、固化剂的选择及对原子灰性能的影响。
Atomic ash for car repair was prepared from dicyclopentadiene(DCPD) modified unsaturated polyester resin (UPR).It has many good properties, such as strong adhesion, easy to burnish, fast curing at room temperature, good mechanical performance, and so on. The formula and preparation process of atomic ash were determined. Effect of filler, erosslinking agent, promoter, curing agent on performance of the putty was investigated.
