摘要
同轴增速高速离心泵具有扬程高、结构紧凑、可靠性好的特点。高速离心泵由三部分组成:电机、增速箱和泵。通过水力设计,获得了泵的主要部件叶轮的主要尺寸;根据实际要求进行了三相异步电机选型,并进行增速系统的设计,获得了增速系统各级传动比。应用参数设计方法对高速离心泵进行设计,对优化生产工艺具有一定的意义。
Coaxial and speed?increasing high?speed centrifugal pump has high lift, compact structure and good reliability. High speed centrifugal pump is composed of three parts:electric motor, speed?increasing gearbox, pump. Through the hydraulic engineering design, the main dimensions of the main parts of the pump impeller were obtained. Then the three?phase asynchronous motor was cho?sen according to the practical requirements. And the speed?increasing gearbox was designed. At last, transmission ratios of all or differ?ent levels were obtained. Designing high speed centrifugal pump by parameter designing method has a certain significance for the opti?mization of production process.
