摘要
针对青藏铁路出现的路基冻胀病害情况,在弹条Ⅰ型调高扣件的基础上,通过优化扣件结构和强化关键零部件研发了青藏线路基冻胀地段用调高扣件,并进行了扣件组装性能试验。结果表明:该扣件适用于铺设50 kg/m和60 kg/m钢轨线路,可实现钢轨高低位置最大调整量40 mm、钢轨轨距调整量-8^+8 mm(50 kg/m)和-12^+8 mm(60 kg/m);保持轨距能力强,即使在钢轨调高40 mm情况下,扣件组装疲劳性能也能满足《扣件组装疲劳试验方法》(TB/T 2491—94)的规定,可保证列车安全运行。
According to the situation of subgrade frost-heaving in Qinghai-T ibet railway line,the height-adjustable fastening for subgrade frost-heaving area in Qinghai-T ibet railway line was researched and designed by optimizing the fastening structure and strengthening the key parts on the basis of the elastic bar I type fastening,and the fastening assemblies performance test was made.The results show that this type of fastening is suitable for the rail line of50 kg/m and 60 kg/m,the maximum adjustment between rail high and low position is 40 mm,the rail gauge adjustment is-8 ~ +8 mm(50 kg/m) and- 12 ~ +8 mm(60 kg/m),the fastening has a good ability of keeping the gauge,and fastening assemblies fatigue performance could meet the requirement of Test Methods of Fastening Assemblies Fatigue(TB/T 2491—94) even if the rail height is adjusted to 40 mm /which could ensure the train operation safety.
