摘要 坚硬顶板条件下,沿空留巷存在巷旁支护体承受压力大、易损坏和破裂等问题,基于中厚煤层坚硬顶板的巷旁控制机理,提出了恒阻让限支护结构。通过建立坚硬顶板条件下不同阶段的巷旁支护体力学模型,分析了支护体的受力情况,解出了初期恒阻让压结构的额定让压强度、高度后期下部限定变形体的支护强度、宽度等参数。工程试验和可靠度理论分析表明,设计的限定变形体处于稳定状态,整个支护结构能够保证巷道围岩的稳定性,留巷效果较好。 Under hard roof, gob side entry barrier has high pressure, easy to damage and fracture problems. Based on the control mechanism of the roadway under hard roof of medium thick coal seam, the constant resistance was put forward to limit the support structure. Through establishing mechanical models of the roadside support body in hard roof conditions at different stages, the force of supporting was analyzed, the pressure intensity and height of the initial constant resistance were deduced, and the support strength and width of lower limit deformation in later stage were calculated. Reliability theory and engineering tests proved that the designed limit deformation body was in a stable state, and the supporting structure could guarantee the stability of the surrounding rock of roadway, with a good roadway retained effect.
