摘要
阅读推广活动已经成为国家战略的重要组成部分,阅读推广的实践活动也已受到各级图书馆和公益组织的重视。单凭一校一馆的推广模式已不能满足需求。文章基于权变理论的视角构建了异质性图书馆阅读推广联盟,分析了联盟组织机构的变迁模式,联盟组织的自我更新方式,以保证异质性组织联盟结构的合理性和有效性,从而提高联盟的自我创新能力,保障各项阅读推广实践活动的顺利进行。
Reading promotion activities have become an important part of the national strategy. Therefore, library and non-profit organization pay much attention on reading promotion activities. The reading promotion model of one school or one library can not meet the demand. So this paper adopts contingency theory, builds a library reading promotion heterogeneous alliance, analyzes the alliance organization changes mode, and achieves self-renewal Union, All of these methods can ensure rational and effective structure of heterogeneous coalition of organizations, improve the smooth organization of self-innovation capability, make sure the practical activities working good.
