摘要
为检测氟对鱼类的生态毒性效应,采用静态生物毒性试验方法研究了氟离子对孔雀鱼(Poecilia reticulate)幼鱼的急性毒性效应,记录其中毒症状及24 h,48 h,72 h和96 h死亡数,并进行统计分析。结果表明:氟暴露条件下孔雀鱼幼鱼出现焦躁不安、失去平衡、呼吸减弱等中毒症状,且随着氟暴露浓度的增加和暴露时间的延长,死亡率逐渐增加,存在明显的剂量效应和时间效应关系;氟对孔雀鱼幼鱼24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h的LC50分别为397.38、231.36、207.73、200.24 mg/L,氟对孔雀鱼幼鱼的安全质量浓度为2.002 4 mg/L,说明氟离子对孔雀鱼幼鱼为低毒性。该值低于我国部分高氟地区地下水、地表水及人为氟污染水体中的氟离子浓度。
Static acute toxicity trial on juvenile Poecilia reticulate was carried out to explore the safe criteria of fluoride to fish. Toxicity symptoms of fluoride in juvenile P. reticulate included abnormal motility,anxiety,loss of equilibrium,changes in gill ventilation. The mortality rate of juvenile P. reticulate increased with the elevated fluoride concentration and prolonged exposure time,and there were obvious dose-response and time-response relationships. The LC50 of fluoride in 24 h,48 h,72 h,and 96 h on juvenile P. reticulate were 397. 38,231. 36,207. 73,200. 24 mg / L,respectively. The safe concentration of fluoride in water for juvenile P. reticulate was 2. 002 4 mg / L,indicating that the toxicity of fluoride on juvenile P. reticulate belong to low toxicity. Based on the fluoride concentration in water of China,the results highlighted the necessity of management of fluoride in water to protect aquatic animals and provide basic data for the further research on the fluoride toxicology of P. reticulate.
