摘要
针对高铁齿轮箱出现的裂纹现象,计算了悬挂式齿轮箱体的受力,并使用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对箱体进行强度分析,确定了其薄弱位置,并提出了改进方案,使用仿真软件验证了改进方案。所进行的研究工作对于高铁齿轮箱的结构设计和优化提供了依据。
Aiming at the crack phenomenon in high- speed gearbox,the force of the suspension gearbox is calculated. The strength analysis of gearbox is carried out by using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench,and the weak position of gearbox is founded and the improvement scheme of the structure is put forward.The improvement scheme of structure is verified by using the simulation software. A basis for the structure design and optimization of high- speed rail gearbox is provided through the research work.
