摘要
采用涂层技术是油田压力容器和储罐内防腐的主要方法。为保证容器安全可靠运行,应该合理选择涂料类型,严格规范施工过程,准确检测涂层质量。通过文献调研和现场工况分析,总结了涂层防腐机理和失效机理、油田常用涂料的特性和适用条件以及涂层适用性评价方法,同时提出了涂层施工质量控制的方法,明确了常用检测仪器对应的检测项目,并从进罐查看、施工准备、表面处理和现场涂装等4个重要环节具体分析了施工过程存在的问题,针对各种问题提出了解决措施。据此将为油田压力容器和储罐内涂层的应用提供一定的理论和技术支持,并将显著提高涂层的寿命和可靠性。
Coating is the mainly method for pressure vessels and tanks. The reasonably choosing the type of coating, strictly regulating construction process and accurate detection of coating quality should be done to insure vessel's safe and re- liable operation. Through the literature research and the analysis of working conditions on site, summarize some of the coat- ing including anti-corrosion mechanism, failure mechanism, characteristics, applicable conditions and suitability evaluation method. Also, the quality control method of coating construction is proposed to indicate that the testing instruments are used for corresponding program. Then, the solving measures due to problems existing in the construction process are put forward, including inspecting in tank, construction preparation, surface treatment and coating at the scene. As a result, this paper will provide the theoretical and technical support for the application of internal coating for pressure vessels and tanks and it will improve the service life and reliability of coating.
