摘要
针对某型导弹发射车在战前或部队定期维护测试时仪表分离、操作繁琐且容易引起人为操作失误等问题,设计了一套高集成度的自动化综合维护测试设备。采用多路数据采集与电子信号调理等方法,实现对发射车的导弹供电和点火参数自动检测以及发射车电缆的自动导通和绝缘测试,利用DSP采样和CAN总线技术实现对导弹发射时序的自动检测。应用结果表明,综合维护测试设备能实现模拟导弹加电、发射等作战流程所需的全部测试任务的智能自动化测试,提高部队对导弹发射车的综合保障能力。
Some shortcomings exit in the pre-launch test or periodical maintenance test for a certain type missile launch vehicle,which includes decentralized test devices,cockamamie operation and incidental human error. Therefore an automatic integrated test equipment is designed to improve the test and maintenance efficiency. The missile power supply and ignition parameters are automatically measured through muhi-channel data acquisition and signal conditioning technologies. The on resistance and insulation of the cable are also measured automatically. The automatic measuring of the missile firing time sequence is realized by adopting the DSP sampling and CAN bus technologies. Applications show that the integrated test equipment could accomplish the automatic measurement mission of the whole procedure of simulated missile power supply and launching. It could improve the comprehensive support of the given missile launch vehicle.
