摘要
为了提高铁路客车车厢空调的舒适度,综合考虑了人体散热、车厢围护结构传热等因素,建立了完整的列车车厢温度环境热力学模型。同时,考虑了铁路客车空调系统的压缩机、通风机和新风门3个执行机构之间的相互耦合作用,采用模糊控制方法,设计了铁路客车空调制冷控制系统,并在Simulink中完成系统仿真。仿真结果表明,该系统能够实现铁路客车车厢温度的快速调节,稳态误差小,鲁棒性好,对于提升空调的舒适度具有现实意义。
In order to improve the comfort of train air condition, considering the factors of human body heat load and car body thermal transmission and so on, a complete thermodynamic model of the train compartments was established. With consideration of the coupling reaction of the air condition compressor, the ventilator and the fresh air door, the fuzzy control method was used to design the controller of train air condition. The simulation result with Simulink demonstrated that the system has not only a better efficiency, but also a higher accuracy and good robustness, which has important practical significance for improving the comfort of train air condition.
