摘要
针对目前轨道交通领域尚无可靠性强化试验标准的现状,通过分析DTECS-2所历经的主要环境,确定了影响其可靠性的主要敏感应力,设计了由温度步进应力试验(低温步进、高温步进)、快速温度循环试验、振动步进应力试验、综合应力试验组成的可靠性强化试验方案。通过试验激发出34类产品故障模式,经故障模式分析与改进,大大提高了产品的固有可靠性。
Against the current status that rail transit field had no reliability enhancement test standards, by analyzing the working environment, the main stress to influence DTECS-2 reliability was determined. Reliability enhancement test scheme with temperature step stress test (low temperature stepping, high temperature stepping), rapid temperature cycling test, vibration step stress test and comprehensive stress test was designed. The test triggered 34 kinds of product failure modes, and with analysis and modification, greatly improved the inherent reliability of the product.
