图书馆情境感知服务应用对策研究——以南昌市7所本科院校为例 被引量:2

摘要 现有图书馆情境感知应用系统评估大多集中于技术领域,或可以客观量化的图书馆实体比较,比如馆体类型、编制、资源投入等;较少从使用者角度评估出发进行研究的。本文对南昌市七所本科院校进行了问卷调查,采用问卷调查方式收集使用者主观评估信息,研究发现学生频繁使用手机却很少访问图书馆移动服务,分析了学生对图书馆开展情境感知服务的有用性及易用性认知,总结归纳了图书馆情境感知服务应用现状,分析当前图书馆开展情境感知服务存在的问题,并提出相关改进建议。 The existing library context aware application system evaluation mostly concentrates in the technical field, or comparison of the library can be objective quantified, such as library type, Staffing, resources investment and so on. Less re- search results from the user perspective evaluation. This article has carried on the questionnaire survey of seven University in Nan- chang City, Using the questionnaire collected user subjective assessment information, and analyzed the sample data, This study found that users often use the mobile phone but seldom visit the Library Mobile Service, Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use Context - aware service in the library are analyzed. The present situation of the context - aware application in library was sum- marized. Some problems of the Context - aware Services in University Libraries were analyzed, and solutions were given for these problems.
