摘要
以5052铝合金为对象,研究搅拌摩擦焊接参数对其焊接接头性能的影响。结果表明,当搅拌头转速不断提高时,焊缝前进一定的距离内,主轴的转动次数变多,从而热输入量增多,便于焊缝的形成,但是输入量太大时,就会造成接头表面的黏度降低,导致焊缝表面出现大量微小颗粒。当搅拌头转速为800~1600r/min,焊接速度为80~560 mm/min,可以获得力学性能优良的焊接接头。搅拌头转速至800 r/min后逐渐趋于稳定,接头的抗拉强度约为197 MPa。
Taking 5052 aluminum alloy with 6 mm thick as an object, the influence of process parameters in friction stir welding on the properties of butt joint was researched and analyzed. The results show that, when the speed of mixing head increasing, the spindle rotation frequency increases within a certain distance of weld forward, so heat input increases to form weld. But when the input is too big, joint surface viscosity reduces, a large number of small particles appear on weld surface. When the mixing head rotation speed is 800 ~ 1600 r/min, excellent mechanical properties of welding head can be obtained; After the rotation speed is gradually stabilized to 800 r/min, the tensile strength of the joint is about 197 MPa.
