摘要
油气管道第三方破坏是由于非管道员工行为导致的油气管道意外损坏,成为管道失效的主要形式,但除了造成严重损坏出现明显缺陷,甚至管道破裂泄漏事故直接更换管道之外,还没有行业标准指导修复和更换第三方破坏的管道。根据弹塑性力学和赫兹接触理论,采用有限元方法,建立挖掘机斗齿对X65管道斗齿-管道接触破坏过程模型,从斗齿不同作用角度和不同作用深度对管道破坏、损伤程度进行分析,模拟得到了油气管道的破坏形式和破坏机理;并通过管道残余应力分析,提出以管道外表面冲击坑深度为指标参数的管道更换建议方案,为第三方破坏管道修复和更换提供理论依据。
This paper took the X65 pipeline damage caused by excavator bucket teeth for an example. Based on the elastic-plastic mechanics and Hertz contact theory,the finite element model of bucket teeth-pipe contact failure process was established. The effects of different bucket teeth angles and depths on pipeline damages were analyzed.And the failure modes and failure mechanism of oil and gas pipelines were obtained by simulation. In addition,through the analysis of pipe residual stress,the pipe replacement suggestions with parameters of impact crater depth were put forward,providing some theory basis for the pipeline repair and replacement caused by the third-party damages.
