摘要 本文综述了乳酸杆菌S-层蛋白的结构及功能,包括S-层蛋白对胆盐及消化酶的耐受能力、参与乳酸杆菌对宿主的黏附作用、抑制病原菌对宿主细胞的黏附及侵入作用。并且详细阐述了S-层蛋白对细胞信号通路的调节功能,证明S-层蛋白对于乳酸杆菌发挥免疫调节功能具有重要的作用。 The structure and function of Lactobacillus S-layer protein are reviewed in this paper with special focus on its tolerance to digestive enzymes and bile salts, involvement in host cell adhesion of Lactobacillus and role in inhibiting host cell adhesion and intrusion by pathogens. Meanwhile, the regulatory effect of Lactobacillus S-layer protein on cell signaling pathways is expounded. In conclusion, this review suggests that Lactobacillus S-layer protein plays an important role in the immunoregulatory effect of Lactobacillus.
