摘要
滑块是决定火箭弹发射稳定性和安全性的关键件之一,是火箭弹重要组成部分。介绍一种满足滑轨下挂发射方式的滑块的结构设计。首先在滑块离轨速度和离轨时间理论分析的基础上,对滑块结构进行了设计。通过数值模拟分析、校核了前滑块未脱离轨道和脱离轨道两种情况下的强度。结果表明:滑块强度满足发射要求。本滑块在某火箭弹飞行试验中得到了较好的应用,试验验证了滑块设计的合理性。
Slider is one of the main parts of a rocket projectile, which determines the stability and safety of a rocket launch. A slider structure design that satisfies the suspended-type launch was introduced in this research. Based on the theoretical analysis of offtrack speed and time, the slider structure was designed. By using numerical simulations, the strength of front slider under two different situations, ontrack and offtrack, was checked. The results show that the strength of slider meets the design requirement. The designed slider was applied to a rocket projectile flying test and the design feasibility was verified.
