微创介入联合激光针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察 被引量:7

Observation of effect of minimally invasive interventional plus laser needle-knife surgery on lumbar disc herniation

摘要 目的观察微创介入联合激光针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,为治疗该病提供更佳的方法。方法将符合纳入标准的180例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为激光针刀组、微创介入组和联合组,每组60例。激光针刀组采用激光针刀治疗,微创介入组采用微创介入等离子射频+胶原酶溶核术治疗,联合组采用激光针刀联合微创介入治疗。治疗结束后采用JOA、VAS、ODI量表评定3组临床疗效。结果治疗后,联合组JOA疗效治愈率和ODI指数疗效优良率均明显高于激光针刀组和微创介入组(P均<0.05);3组治疗后VAS疼痛评分均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),且联合组评分均明显低于激光针刀组与微创介入组(P均<0.05)。结论微创介入联合激光针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症能够较好改善患者疼痛症状,提高临床疗效,其效果优于单一疗法。 Objective It is to observe the efficacy of laser needle-knife surgery plus minimally invasive interventional on lumbar disc herniation,so as to provide the better therapy for the treatment of this disease. Methods 180 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly allocated to laser needle-knife surgery group,minimally invasive interventional group and combined group,60 cases in each group,The Laser needle-knife surgery group were treated by laser needle-knife surgery,the minimally invasive interventional group were treated by minimally invasive interventional therapy and the combined group were treated by laser needle-knife surgery plus minimally invasive interventional therapy. VAS,JOA,ODI scores were observed after treatment to evaluate the clinical curative effect of the three groups. Results After treatment,the healing rate evaluated by JOA and good rate evaluated by ODI in combined group were higher than that in the other two groups( P all 0. 05),VAS pain scores decreased significantly compared with that in the three groups,and the decrease in combined group was more significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Minimally invasive interventional plus laser needle-knife surgery can effectively relive the pain symptoms and improve the clinical efficacy of lumbar disc herniation,Its effect is superior to that of treatment with single therapy.
