摘要
目的通过分析本院全自动药品单剂量分包机的常见差错,并制定相应对策。方法采取回顾性分析方法随机抽取调整前后两个时期全院各病区(儿科除外)的摆药医嘱,并分类统计分析调整前后的差错情况。结果全自动药品单剂量分包机的差错率由调整前的6.63/万下降到调整后的2.91/万。结论全自动药品单剂量分包机有很高的实用价值,使用过程中会出现一定的差错,但通过制定对策,差错率可显著降低。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the common errors in the application of automatic unit-dose tablet sorting and counting machine（ hereinafter referred to as ATM）,so as to find the corresponding countermeasures. METHODS The dispensing advices of the hospital（ except pediatrics） in 2 different periods（ before and after taking adjustment incisures） were randomly collected. The errors arising from the use of ATM were analyzed statistically. RESULTS The error rate decreased from 6.63 down to 2.91 in one million.CONCLUSION The ATM often makes some mistakes when dispensing drug,but corresponding solutions could be made by analyzing the reasons in detail.
