摘要
简要介绍了某高速线材生产线吐丝机前夹送辊的工作方式,对夹送辊控制方式进行了详细的描述,对于夹送辊的速度控制和转矩控制,给出了切实可行的解决方案,并对实际生产过程中的经验参数进行了初步的探讨,使夹送辊能更好的满足生产工艺要求。
This article briefly describes the working mode of the front pinch roll for the loop layer of high speed wire production line. The pinch roll control mode was described in detail,and feasible solutions to the pinch roller speed control and torque control for pinch roll were given,the experimental parameters in the actual production process has been preliminarily discussed to meet the production process requirements for the pinch roller.
