摘要
为解决ZJ112卷接机组中液压系统操作及维修保养不便等问题,采用螺纹插装阀技术对液压系统进行了改进设计:(1)将手动液压站和电动液压站合并设计,提高系统的操作性;(2)用螺纹插装阀替代叠加阀,提升液压站的可维护性;(3)将不可调节流阀改为可调节流阀,以利于调节预供丝体的运动速度;(4)设计新的油泵电机组,降低系统的工作温度;(5)重新布置液压管路,降低压力损失,减少能耗。应用效果表明,改进后的液压系统油温从62℃降到了37℃,运行稳定可靠,工作效率和整机性能得到有效提高。
To improve operation and maintenance convenience and lower the oil temperature of the hydraulic system in Z J112 filter cigarette maker etc. Hydraulic screw-in cartridge valve techniques have been adopted to redesign the hydraulic system: (1) integrating manual and electric hydraulic station together, operational reliability is improved; (2) replacing superposition valve with hydraulic screw-in cartridge valve, maintenance convenience is perfected. (3) selecting adjustable throttle valve for regulating speed of tobacco reservoir unit; (4) redesigning power unit and lowering the oil temperature; (5) relocating hydraulic pipeline to reduce the pressure loss and energy consumption. The results of improvement showed that the oil temperature of the hydraulic system is decreased from 62 ℃ to 37℃, new system is stable and reliable. Work efficiency and performance of the machine have been improved.
