孤独症儿童表情识别与5-HTTLPR、5-HT6、Neurexin、Neuroligin基因多态性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察孤独症儿童表情识别与5-HTTLPR、5-HT6、Neurexin、Neuroligin基因多态性。方法选取儿童心理门诊就诊孤独症儿童60例作为病例组,随机选取深圳市各幼儿园的学龄前儿童60例作为对照组。比较2组儿童的表情识别能力和与5-HTTLPR、5-HT6、Neurexin、Neuroligin基因多态性差异。结果病例组患儿Pr N170与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病例组患儿相关电位P300潜伏期与对照组比较显著延长(P<0.01),P300波幅与对照组比较显著降低(P<0.01)。病例组儿童5-HTTLPR基因型与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患儿5-HT6基因多态性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患儿Neuroligin基因多态性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),病例组儿童Neurexin基因型与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孤独症患儿的表情识别相关电生理指标与健康儿童具有差别,且患儿5-HTTLPR和Neurexin基因的基因型与健康儿童具有差异。 Objective . To investigate the expression recognition of children with autism and 5-HTTLPR, 5-HT6, Neurexin, Neuroligin gene polymorphism. Methods A total of 60 children with autism who visited Department of Child Psychology of Kangning Hospital were regarded as observation group, and the other 60 children selected in different kindergartens in Shenzhen city were served as control group. The correlation between expression recognition abilities of these children and 5-HTFLPR, 5-HT6, Neurexin, Neuroligin gen polymorphism was analyzed and compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in PrN170 between two groups ( P 〉 0.05). As compared with that in control group,P300 incubation period in observation group was significantly prolonged ( P 〈0.01 ) ,however, the P300 amplitude in observation group was significantly decreased ( P 〈 0. 01 ). There was a significantly difference in 5-HTFLPR genotype between two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). However there was no significantly difference in 5-HT6 gene polymorphism ( P 〉 0.05 ), nor was in Neuroligin gene polymorphism between two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The physiological indexes related with expression recognition of children with autism are different from those of healthy children, moreover, the genotypes of 5-HTYLPR and Neurexin in children with autism are also different from those of healthy children.
