摘要
以双三羟甲基丙烷、三氯氧磷和乙醇胺为原料,合成多功能整理剂双三羟甲基丙烷磷酸酯乙醇胺盐,并用于涤纶织物后整理。探讨了整理液质量浓度、焙烘温度和焙烘时间对涤纶织物阻燃效果和抗静电性能的影响。结果表明,整理剂质量浓度为200 g/L、焙烘温度为160℃、焙烘时间为180 s时,整理后织物的阻燃效果显著,抗静电性能良好。
The multi-functional agent of di-trimethylolpropane phosphate ethanolamine is synthesized using di-trimethylolpropane, phosphorus oxychloride and ethanolamine as raw materials, and then is applied to after treatment of polyester fabrics. The effects of finishing agent concentration, baking temperature and time on flame-retardancy and antistatic performance of polyester fabric are studied. The optimum finishing process is: finishing agent 200 g/L, baking at 160 ℃ for 180 s. The finished polyester fab- ric shows good flame-retardancy and antistatic properties.
