摘要
建立了印染废水中酸性橙I、酸性橙II、酸性橙IV和酸性橙G的固相萃取-高效液相色谱测试方法。样品经固相萃取小柱净化、浓缩,在Zorbax SB-C18柱上,以甲醇/乙酸铵(20mmol/L)溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱分离,在470nm波长处进行检测,外标法定量。4种酸性橙染料在0.5—50.0mg/L范围内均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,最低定量检出限为0.05~0.10mg/L,回收率在88.7%~102.8%,RSD在1.5%-6.4%。
A method for the determination of Acid Orange I, Acid Orange II, Acid Orange IV and Acid Orange G in dyeing wastewater using solid-phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is established. The samples are purified and enriched by solid-phase extraction (SPE) cartridge, and then the gradient elution separation is performed on Zorbax SB-CI8 column with methanol as the mobile phase and 20 mmol/L ammonium acetate. The samples are detected at wave length of 470 nm, and are quantified by external standard method. Calibration curves of four acid orange dyes are linear in the range of 0.5-50.0 mg/L with a correlation coefficient over 0.999, and the limits of quantitation (LOQ) are between 0.05,43.10 mg/L. The extraction recoveries are 88.7%-102.8%, and the RSD are 1.5%-6.4%.
