摘要
为比较不同刈割高度整株苎麻和成熟期苎麻叶的营养成分及其对鹅的饲用价值,本试验选取18羽成年朗德公鹅,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复1只鹅,采用化学分析法及代谢试验研究刈割高度为40 cm、50 cm的整株苎麻和成熟期苎麻叶的营养与饲用价值。结果表明:(1)成熟期苎麻叶中干物质、粗蛋白质、总能、钙含量及总氨基酸含量均高于刈割高度为40 cm和50 cm的整株苎麻,而刈割高度为40 cm和50 cm的整株苎麻养分含量较接近。(2)朗德鹅对刈割高度为40 cm和50 cm的整株苎麻的粗纤维及干物质表观利用率相当,且均显著高于朗德鹅对成熟期苎麻叶粗纤维及干物质的表现利用率(P<0.05),但朗德鹅对成熟期苎麻叶的粗蛋白质表现利用率最高,分别比朗德鹅对刈割高度为40 cm和50 cm的整株苎麻的粗蛋白质表观利用率高出14.17%(P<0.05)和2.47%(P>0.05)。(3)朗德鹅对刈割高度为40 cm的整株苎麻中的各氨基酸表观利用率均最高,且其总氨基酸的表现利用率分别比刈割高度为50 cm的整株苎麻和成熟期苎麻叶提高了29.90%(P<0.01)和24.31%(P<0.01)。综上所述,结合不同刈割高度整株苎麻和成熟期苎麻叶的营养成分及养分表现利用率结果分析认为,本试验中的三种苎麻样品对鹅的饲用价值高低依次为成熟期苎麻叶>刈割高度为40 cm的整株苎麻>刈割高度为50 cm的整株苎麻。
In this research,the nutritional components and feeding value of different reaping height of whole plant ramie and ramie leaf at mature stage on Landes goose was studied.Eighteen adult Landes geese were assigned into 3 treat- ment with 6 replicates of 1 each.The nutritional components and feeding value of whole plant ramie reaped at 40 cm and 50 cm and ramie leaf at mature stage was envaluated by means of chemical analysis and metabolic experiment.The result showed that:( 1 )Dry matter, crude protein, gross energy, calcium content, total amino acid content of mature ramie leaf was higher than those of whole plant ramie reaped at 40 cm and 50 cm, the nutritional component of whole plant ramie reaped at 40 cm was resemble to those reaped at 50 cm.(2)The apparent metabolic rates of crude fiber and dry matter of whole plant ramie reaped at 40 cm and 50 cm were equivalent,but both of them were higher than mature leaf(P 〈 0.05).Howev- er,the apparent metabolic rates of crude protein of mature ramie leaf was highest,which was 14.17%(P 〈 0.05)and 2.47% (P 〉 0.05)higher than whole plant ramie reaped at 40 cm and 50 cm respectively.(3)The apparent metabolic rates of total amino acid of whole plant ramie reaped at 40 cm was highest,which was 29.90%(P 〈 0.01)and 24.31%(P 〈 0.01)higher than whole plant ramie reaped at 50 cm and mature ramie leaf.All the analysis showed that the feeding value of three ramie sample in this experiment was in sequence of mature ramie leaf〉whole plant ramie reaped at 40 cm〉whole plant ramie reaped at 50 cm.
