政府补贴对物联网企业生产效率的影响研究——基于沪深两市2010-2013年公司数据的实证检验 被引量:26

摘要 近年来物联网产业的快速发展与政府补贴密不可分。为了探究政府补贴的作用效应,本文以2010-2013年沪深两市物联网概念板块40家上市公司为样本,采用面板固定效应模型,实证检验政府补贴对上市公司全要素生产率的影响效应。实证结果发现,政府补贴对物联网上市公司全要素生产率在当年具有显著的促进效应,但在滞后一年、二年后却表现为显著的抑制效应。作者详细剖析了政府补贴对全要素生产率产生双重影响效应的原因,进一步实证检验了政府补贴对上市公司研发投入和研发产出的影响效应,实证结论也表明政府补贴在当期对研发活动起促进效应,但在滞后期却表现为抑制效应。最后,论文探讨了相应的对策建议,以期为我国物联网产业发展提供有益的思路。 The rapid development of the IOT ( Internet of things) industry depends on government subsidies. In order to explore the effect of government subsidies, this paper makes an analysis the impacts of government subsidies on total factor productivity of the Internet of Things Industry, taking 40 listing corporation of the concept of IOT industry as the sample from 2010-2013 years in Shanghai and Shenzhen two city, using panel fixed effect model. The empirical results show that the government subsidy in the year has significantly positive effect on the total factor productivity of the IOT of the listing Corporation. But it has showed significant inhibitory effect after it lagged one year and two years. The paper analyses the reasons of government subsidies have dual effects on total factor productivity. It also further empirical studies the effect of government subsidies on R&D input and output of listing corporation. The empirical analysis alsoshows that the effect of government subsidies on R&D activities has been promoted in that year and inhibitory effect in the later period. Finally, the paper explores the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide the beneficial ideas of the development of the IOT industry in our country.
