摘要
目的探讨高压氧联合鼠神经生长因子(NGF)治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)的综合疗效。方法将2015年1月至2016年1月我院眼科收治的60例(72只眼)CSC的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用高压氧联合NGF综合疗法,对照组采用NGF疗法。比较两组临床治疗效果、治疗后不同时间临床愈合情况、视力比较情况。结果①治疗组总眼数36只眼,治疗有效眼数33只眼,总有效率91.67%;对照组总眼数36只眼,治疗有效眼数26只眼,总有效率72.2%,两组临床有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②两组治疗后4周、12周临床愈合情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);③两组治疗前后视力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后视力明显优于对照组治疗后视力(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合NGF治疗CSC的疗效显著且疗程较短,经济,无明显副作用,具有一定临床价值。
Objective To explore the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with NGF in treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy.Methods Totally 60 patients（72 eyes） of central serous chorioretinopathy who were hospitalized from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group patients received hyperbaric oxygen therapy only,while the therapy group patients were given NGF in addition.Clinical outcomes,healing condition and visual acuity were compared.Results（1） In therapy group（n = 36）,the rate of effectiveness was 91.67%.While in control group（n = 26） the rate was only 72.2%.This difference was significant（P〈 0.05）.（ 2） There was a significant difference in number of recovered eyes between two groups at 4 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment（P 〈 0.05）.（3） There was a significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups before and after treatment（P 〈 0.05）,and visual acuity after treatment in the therapy group was significantly better than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with NGF in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy showed significant effects,shortened the course of treatment,without obvious side effects,and was inexpensive.It is worth to be promoted.
