摘要
以3种硅烷偶联剂对湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶分别进行改性,制备了硅烷改性的湿固化聚氨酯(SPU)热熔胶,用热重分析、熔融黏度和粘接测试等方法对所合成材料进行表征。结果表明,采用KH550与异氰酸酯基的摩尔比值0.15进行改性,所制备的SPU热熔胶综合性能最佳,剪切强度比未改性的胶增加41.5%,固化物具有较好的热稳定性。
The moisture-curing polyurethane hot melt adhesive was modified by three silane couplers respec- tively. The properties were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, melt viscosity and adhesion test, etc. The results showed that the combination property of polyurethane hot melt adhesive modified by KH550 with the molar ratio 0. 15 based on NCO group was the best. The shear strength was increased by 41.5% than the unmodified one. The cured adhesive had an improved thermal stability.
