温度对川西柳叶菜种子萌发特性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 设置4个恒温、4个变温温度梯度,对川西柳叶菜(Epilobium fangii)萌发种子进行处理。测定发芽天数、发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数等指标,分析温度对种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明:温度对始发芽天数、发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数均有显著影响(P<0.05);恒温利于种子萌发,变温不能促进萌发;恒温18℃下种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数最大,过高或过低温度均抑制种子的萌发;川西柳叶菜种子具有一定休眠性,休眠机理待于深入研究。 In the study, seed of Epilobium fangii was put into the light incubator for germination test, whose temperature was set as four constant temperatures (12℃,15℃,18℃,21℃) and four variable temperatures(12-18℃,15-18℃,12-21℃,15-21℃). Some indicators including germination days, germination rate, germination potential, germination index, etc. were determined. The objection was to analyze the effect of temperature on seed germination characteristics of E. fangii. The results show that: All temperature have a significant effect on days of beginning germination, germination rate, germination potential, and germination index (p〈0.05). Constant temperature is conducive to seed germination, yet variable temperature can not promote seed germination. Germination potential, germination rate and germination index all reach the maximum under the condition of constant temperature of 18℃. But other temperatures inhibit seed germination. Seed of E. fangii, is the characteristic of dormancy. And the mechanism of dormancy will be make further study.
