摘要
通过对现阶段煤矿用隔离换向开关分断实验操动机构的分析,提出一种基于DSP的电机操动机构控制系统,提高实验设备的自动化水平,保证隔离换向开关的可靠动作。根据隔离换向开关分断实验的特点,在分析电机控制方法的基础上,提出分段PID控制策略,分别从硬件电路和软件程序对控制系统进行设计。
Through analysis about motor actuator in breaking test of isolating switch, put forward a control system based on DSP, improve the automation level of the experimental process and make sure reliable action of the isolating switch. According to characteristic about breaking test of isolating switch,on basis of analyzing appropriate control ways about motor, put forward piecewise PID control strategy,design control system in aspects of hardware circuit and software program.
