摘要
辉钼矿中大量Al2O3、Si O2的存在不仅会影响辉钼矿浮选的效果,同时也增加了冶炼环节的能耗。为了降低这个影响,在辉钼矿浮选单因素实验的基础上,通过1段粗选、1段扫选、6段精选的开路实验流程,使用混合抑制剂最终得到钼精矿品位40.23%,回收率57.36%,钼精矿中Al2O3品位4.31%,回收率1.68%,Si O2品位14.25%,回收率0.94%。
The presence of a large number of Al2O3 and Si O2 minerals adversely affects the effect during processing of molybdenite floatation,also increases the energy consumption of refining. In oeder to decrease their unwangted effects, on the basis of the standard of molybdenite floatation experiments,in the open-circuit test of a process composed of one rougher one scavenger and six cleaners using a mixture of sodium silicate,dextrin and sodium hexametaphosphate reagents,a final concentrate assaying40.23%,at a Mo recovery of 57.36%,at a Al2O3 grade of 4.31% and recovery of 1.68%,at a Si O2 grade of14.25% and recovery of 0.94% were produced.
