摘要
本文旨在以某型倒角机圆周轴为控制研究对象,根据机床工作原理、工艺要求、工作环境等特点设计变频调速的简易专用变频调速器,该变频调速器是把微控制器芯片和电机调速系统结合成一个整体设备,能够对驱动电机实施实时变频调速控制,不仅具有通用型变频调速器的部分变频功能,还针对特定的控制对象具有自身特有的控制功能。
This paper takes the circular shaft of a chamfering machine as the control and research object. The working principle, technical requirements, work environment and other characteristics of the machine are used to design the simple dedicated frequency conversion governor of variable voltage and variable frequency. The variable voltage and variable frequency governor combines the micro controller chip and motor speed control system into a whole equipment to implement real-time frequency control for the motor speed control of drive motor. It has some frequency conversion function of the universal variable voltage and variable frequency and it also has its own unique control function for the specific control object.
