摘要
沥青混合料的变形是矿料颗粒滑移累积的外在表现。为了分析沥青混合料的矿料滑移剪切变形特性,开发了一种矿料滑移试验装置,采用不同级配的五种沥青混合料,在不同的试验条件下进行矿料滑移剪切变形试验。根据试验曲线,提出了矿料滑移破坏荷载(Fs)、矿料滑移破坏变形(Ds)、矿料滑移模数(M)和矿料滑移能量指数(SEI)等评价参数,分析了评价参数与车辙变形之间的关系,讨论了试验温度和沥青含量对沥青混合料抗滑移变形性能的影响。结果表明,Fs对于较大公称最大粒径的混合料存在局限性;随着温度的升高,五种沥青混合料的矿料滑移能量指数(SEI)与温度呈乘幂关系衰减,相关系数R2均大于0.89;对于不同的混合料,四个评价参数与车辙深度(RD)的相关性排序为:SEI>Fs>M>Ds,推荐SEI作为沥青混合料矿料滑移剪切变形的评价参数。对于AC-13b混合料,随着沥青含量的增加,40℃和60℃的SEI均先减小后增大,均在最佳油石比4.5%附近达到峰值519.2和492.6,即当沥青用量接近最佳沥青含量时,矿料骨架效应和沥青粘结性可以达到较高的水平,沥青混合料具有最大的矿料滑移剪切稳定性。
The deformation of asphalt mixture is an external reflection of the aggregate slip accumulation. In order to analyze the aggregate slip shear deformation properties of asphalt mixture,an aggregate slip test device( ASTD) was developed. Aggregate slip shear deformation tests were conducted on five asphalt mixtures for different gradations under different test conditions. Four evaluation parameters of the slip failure load( Fs),i. e.,the slip failure deformation( Ds),slip modulus parameter( M) and slip energy index( SEI) were obtained according to the test curves. The relation-ship between the four evaluation parameters and the deformation of asphalt mixture was analyzed.The effects of temperature and asphalt content on slip shear resistance of asphalt mixture were discussed. The results indicate that the parameter Fshas limitations for the mixture containing particles of large nominal and maximum size. The SEI of the five asphalt mixtures decreases with the increase of temperature,which obeys a power function relationship. For different mixtures,the correlation order with rut depth( RD) for the four evaluation parameters is SEI〉 Fs〉 M〉 Ds. Therefore,SEI is recommended to evaluate the aggregate slip shear properties of asphalt mixture. For the mixture AC-13 b,with the increase of asphalt content,SEI at 40 ℃ and 60 ℃ goes down first and then goes up,and it reaches 519. 2 and 492. 6 respectively with the optimum proportion of asphalt to aggregate of 4. 5%. When asphalt content is close to the optimum asphalt content,aggregate skeleton effect and asphalt cohesive force both reach higher levels,and asphalt mixture has the best aggregate slip shear stability.
