焦虑抑郁情绪对冠心病病人脂联素水平及血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨焦虑抑郁情绪对冠心病病人脂联素水平及血管内皮功能的影响。方法选择56例冠心病病人,使用焦虑抑郁量表评价其心理状态,根据评分将冠心病病人分为焦虑抑郁组(28例)和非焦虑抑郁组(28例),测定受试者的血清脂联素、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子1、生物化学指标,并采用高分辨率超声法测定肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)、含服硝酸甘油后肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能(NID)。结果焦虑抑郁组血清脂联素水平较非焦虑抑郁组显著降低(P<0.05)。焦虑抑郁组可溶性血管细胞黏附分子1高于非焦虑抑郁组(P<0.05)。焦虑抑郁组的肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能较非焦虑抑郁组降低(P<0.05)。结论焦虑抑郁情绪可能降低冠心病病人体内脂联素含量,加重血管内皮功能损害。 Objective To investigate the effect of anxiety and depression on adiponectin and endothelial function in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD). Methods We selected 56 patients with CAD and evaluated their mental condition with Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD). According to evaluation results,the patients were divided into 2 groups: anxiety/depression group and non Anxiety/depression,28 in each group. The serum levels of adiponectin,soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule- 1(sVCAM- 1) and other biochemical indexes were measured,the high resolution ultrasound was used to detect the flow mediated dilatation(FMD) ,nitroglycerin - induced vasodilation(NiD) in brachial artery in both groups. Results The serum levels of adiponectin was significantly lower,the levels of sVCAM 1 significantly higher,and the FMD,NID in anxiety/depression group were significantly lower than that in non anxiety/depression group( P 〈 0. 05), respectively. Conclusion Anxiety and depression may decrease the levels of adiponectin and aggravate the endothelial dysfunction in patients with CAD.
