摘要
采用共沉淀法制备了Cu/Fe/Al-LDHs催化剂,并以Cu^(2+)含量为影响因素,结合XRD,SEM,TG,UV以及FIR等方法对其进行表征。研究发现:不同摩尔比的Cu/Fe/Al-LDHs均为典型的层状结构半导体材料,且随着Cu^(2+)含量的逐步增加,Jahn-Teller效应增强,Cu/Fe/Al-LDHs的结晶度下降。通过常温、常压下的催化剂对CO_2(g)+H_2O(g)光催化还原制CH_4的反应,验证了不同摩尔比的催化剂均具有光催化反应活性;讨论了经过不同温度焙烧后的Cu/Fe/Al-LDHs的光催化活性,结果表明:焙烧后形成的CuFe_2O_4和CuAl_2O_4等混合氧化物的光催化性能更好,CH_4产率更高。
Through the ratio of Cu^2+ controlling, the catalysts of Cu/Fe/Al-LDHs were synthesized by coprecipitation method. It was characterized by XRD, SEM, TG, UV and FIR. With increasing ratio of Cu^2+ ,the erystallinity of Cu/Fe/Al-LDHs was decreased, and the Jahn-Teller effect was enhanced. Through the photoreduction of CO2 with H2O vapor at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, verified all the moles ratios of catalysts were photocatalytie activities. Discussed the photocatalytic activity of calcination of Cu/Fe/Al-LDHs by different temperature. The result shown that the photocatalytic activity and the productivity of CH4 are improved by CuFe2 4 and CuAl2 O4 that calcination by Cu/Fe/Al- LDHs.
