摘要
指出了PC低松弛预应力钢绞线生产工艺前处理,盘圆线材表面通过酸洗磷化处理,产生的大量废水,必须进行治理。经过5年时间,进行了对比分析得出:年产30万t钢绞线产能的废水通过综合处理,比传统浸泡工艺直接排放取得了良好的节水效果和减排,减少了环境污染。
The pretreatment of the production technology of PC low relaxation prestress's steel stand and the phos- phoric acid pickling treatment of the surface of circled wires will produce large amount of waste water which must be controlled, After five years, the wastewater produced by annual output of 300000 tons of steel strand production has achieved betterwater--saving effect and emission reductionthrough comprehensive treatment than the direct emission proposed by conventional soaking technology, which reduces the pollution of the environment.
