摘要
深刻把握山东省生猪产业发展现状、未来趋势和优化路径对于推动生猪产业健康持续发展具有重要意义。近十年来,山东省的生猪出栏量、养猪业产值、规模化程度均呈稳定上升趋势,生产格局特征呈现"·—S"型,价格波动特征明显,人均猪肉占有量呈阶梯式发展,养殖利润与风险并行,外向型特征明显,技术水平不断提高,政策效用有待进一步加强。因此,应从加强宣传培训、鼓励扩大规模、开展市场需求调研以及完善政策监督等方面优化山东省生猪产业的发展。
It is of great significance to understand the development status,future trend and optimizing path of swine industry in Shandong Province to promote its healthy and sustainable development. In recent ten years,the swine slaughter amount,output value and scale degree of swine industry rose steadily. The production pattern of swine in the whole province presented ＂·-S＂type,and there were obvious price fluctuation and export-oriented characteristics. The per capita pork amount appeared stepwise development. The breeding profit was in parallel with risk and the technical level improves continually. The effect of supportive policy remained to be further strengthened. Therefore,it is suggested to optimize the development of swine industry in Shandong Province from the aspects of strengthening publicity and training,encouraging enlarging farm scale,developing market demand survey and perfecting policy supervision,etc.
