摘要
当前,包括我国对外传播在内的公共外交工作面临很大机遇。中国经济对世界各个角落影响如此之大,中国人之外的世界57亿人的生活工作越来越多地与中国有关,这让我们的受众群体变得人多,面广。迫切需要加强中国对外传播顶层设计,主动设置国际话题;加强国际话语权的引领作用,强化大外宣格局;加强对外传播本土化影响力,赢得外国百姓民心;加强对外翻译人才培养和使用战略,提高对外传播实效。
At the moment, public diplomacy, including China's international communication, is presented with great opportunities. As China's economy is exerting growing influence on the world, the lives and work of 5.7 billion people in other countries is ever more closely related to China. As a result, the numbers and range of our audience are expanding. We need to enhance the top-level design of China's international communication, and actively set international topics; improve the leading role of international right to speak, and improve the pattern of foreign publicity; strengthen the influence of localized international communication, and win support from foreign people; improve strategies for training of translators and skills of translation, and make international communication more effective.
