摘要
目前我国公安院校对于学警因公受伤的救济机制并无明确的规定,警校学生因公受伤后却无法得到相应的权益保障,致使警校在安排学警实习实训时存在一定的隐患。为此,应从警校、学警、实习单位三者之间法律关系的角度入手,建立和完善学警因公受伤救济机制。
At present, police colleges and universities in our country have not made clear provisions concerning the cadet-aiding mechanism after they get injured in performing duties. Accordingly, when cadets get injured, their rights can＇t be properly protected, which will naturally get police academies worried in arranging their internship. So it is necessary to establish or perfect the cadet-aiding mechanism after they get injured from the perspective of legal relationship between police academies, cadets and internship-related units.
