基于要素视角的家电连锁零售企业商业模式创新研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文以商业模式内涵及商业模式构成要素为理论基础,探讨了企业商业模式创新的本质。然后结合家电连锁零售企业,根据家电连锁零售企业的运作过程界定其商业模式构成要素,并以构成要素为基础指明我国家电连锁零售企业未来商业模式创新方向。最后提出了商业模式创新的具体建议。
