摘要
《2030年可持续发展议程》提出了海洋可持续发展目标,为今后15年全球海洋可持续发展提供了重要的行动纲领。为了评估可持续发展目标的实施,全球性监测指标框架正在制定中。本文以海洋可持续发展目标及其监测指标为框架,对中国实现2030海洋可持续发展目标的趋势和重点领域做了初步的分析,并提出相关建议。
The sustainable development agenda in 2030 proposed the Marine sustainable development goal, and provides an important action for the next 15 years global Marine sustainable development. In order to assess the implementation of the sustainable development goal, global monitoring indicator framework is being made. This paper in the framework of Marine sustainable development goals and the monitoring indicators, to achieve 2030 Marine sustainable development trend of China and the key areas to do a preliminary analysis, and puts forward related suggestions.
