摘要
该文介绍了我国葡萄酒质量存在的问题,主要从农药残留、瓶塞两个方面对影响葡萄酒的品质进行了分析。重点介绍了农药残留量、最大残留限量、软木塞和合成瓶塞对葡萄酒的品质的影响,指出了我国葡萄酒标准体系存在的问题,并提出应完善标准体系,加强企业监管和做好风险评估。
The paper introduced the problems of wine quality in China, and the quality problems of wines were analyzed mainly from two aspects of pesticide residue and the cork. The effect of pesticide residues, maximum residue limits, cork and synthetic cork was introduced intensively, and the problems existing in the standard system of wine in China were pointed out. It proposed that the standard system should be completed, and the enter- prise regulation and risk assessment should be strengthened.
