摘要
依据无锡太湖新城万象城项目钢结构安装方法——分块吊装高空组拼方法,同时根据支撑卸载点多、分布范围大等施工阶段实际情况出发,从钢结构支撑卸载过程的构件应力、位移分析和支撑反力分析入手,运用大型有限元软件进行施工阶段非线性分析,详细对比计算分析了大跨度异形空间钢结构屋面支撑的卸载顺序和卸载步骤,分析了分阶段卸载的原则和具体的卸载步骤,为钢结构支撑架的选型及设计提供了依据。
According to the block lifting and high altitude assembling construction method of Taihu New Town Mixc Mall Steel Structure and the wide-spread of unloading points, this paper does construction stage nonlinear analysis, stress ratio analysis, displacement analysis and reaction force analysis. The authors compared the calculation results with each other in detail, and does analysis of large-span special- shaped spatial steel structure unloading sequence and unloading steps, and analyzed the principle and specific procedure of unloading. The result provides the basis for the structure form selection and design of the load-bearing frames.
