摘要
对预应力碳纤维板材的特性及预应力碳纤维板加固梁桥新技术进行了简要介绍,并对其加固设计原理进行了理论推导计算。根据检测单位出具的检测报告结果采用预应力碳纤维板加固新技术对洙津渡大桥进行加固设计,并对其加固设计方案、张拉工艺分别进行了剖析,最后简述了课题组对加固后桥梁的试验检测结果。在此基础上,通过预埋在碳纤维板表面上的光纤光栅传感器对加固后的桥梁进行长期监测试验,并对其预应力损失进行计算分析,试验结果表明:预应力碳纤维板在长期荷载作用下,预应力损失非常小,对梁桥加固效果几乎不产生影响。
The characteristics of' prestressed CFRP plate and the new reinforced bridge technologies of prestressed CFRP plate were briefly introduced in the paper. The reinforcement design principle of prestressed CFRP plate was calculated and deduced. According to the result of the bridge test reports issued by authoritative unit, the bridge was carried on the reinforcement design using the new strengthening technology of prestressed CFRP plate which based on the reinforcement project of the Zhujindu bridge in the city of Xiangtan, Hu' nan province. The reinforcement design method and the tensioning process were analyzed in this paper, finally the experiment test on the bridge was carried by research group after the completion, test results met the requirements of reinforcement. On this basis, the researcher had also carried on the long-term observation through the embedded fiber Bragg grating sensor on the carbon fiber sheet, and calculated the prestress loss of the carbon fiber sheet, the test results showed that: prestress loss of CFRP was very small under long-term loads, which was almost no effect on the beam bridge reinforcement.
