摘要
结合欧洲轨道交通材料标准EN 45545-2:2013和国内标准TB/T 3237-2010,对轨道交通材料烟气毒性的测试方法进行介绍。根据EN 45545-2:2013,具有大表面积的产品采用烟密度试验箱和FT-IR联用毒性分析方法,对烟气中的8种气体组分进行分析,计算得到毒性指数值CITG。小体积产品及电线电缆材料采用管式炉产烟分析方法,对烟气中的8种气体组分的浓度进行测量和分析,计算管式炉烟气毒性CITNLP。TB/T 3237-2010的测试方法没有计算毒性指数,而是对每种气体浓度给定一个限值。也没有对不同尺寸样品的测试方法进行区分,而是规定小件样品可采用拼接的方法达到大件样品的尺寸要求进行测试。
The railway products standards EN 45545- 2:2013 and TB/T 3237- 2010 were introduced, the testing methods for determination of toxic gases from railway products were in- troduced too. The products with big surface area were tested by smoke density test chamber and TFIR. The concentration of 8 kinds of gas in the smoke was tested and analyzed to calculate the CITG according to the EN 45545--2: 2013. The products with little volume or wire and cable material were tested by pipe furnace. The concentration of 8 kinds of gas in the smoke was tested to calculate the CITNLP. The test method in TB/T 3237had no requirement to. calculate the toxic index, but the limit of concentration of each gas. There was no difference about test method of sample with different size, but the requirement to join the small sample to the same size of big sample in test.
