摘要
介绍了一种新型缓冲瓶结构,具有容积可调与耐高压的特点。基于有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对不同容积工作状态进行了仿真分析,优化了设计参数,在满足重量、外形尺寸及调节容积的要求下,降低了产品的应力水平,提高了产品的安全系数,并通过试验验证了其正确性。
A new H-type filter structure, which has the characteristics of adjustable volume and resistance to high pressure, is introduced. Simulation analysis for working state with different volume by ANSYS Workbench and opti- mize the design parameters. In meet the requirements of weight, size and volume, reduce the stress level and im- prove the safety factor of the product. And its validity has been verified by experiment.
