在磷酸盐介质中,氰化物在pH 5.30时与氯胺T、异烟酸、巴比妥酸进行Konig反应,pH 6.95时,该反应产物在滴汞电极上于-790 mV处产生灵敏的极谱波,氰化物在0-0.2 mg/L范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系(R=0.9996),检出限为0.1μg/L,定量限为0.4μg/L;极谱波由反应产物中嘧啶环上的一羰基还原产生,呈现吸附不可逆特征;用于地下水、地表水以及工业废水中氰化物的测定,其相对标准偏差小于4.2%,回收率在95.7%-102.1%之间,测定值与标准方法值吻合。
Cyanide reacts with chloramine T, isonicotinic acid and barbituric acid in phosphate medium at pH 5.30 based on the Konig reaction. This reaction product can produce a sensitive polarographic wave at the dropping mercury electrode at -790 mV when the pH was adjusted to 6.95, an excellent linear correlation( R = 0. 9996) between peak current and the concentration of cyanide was observed within the range of 0 - 0. 2 mg/L, with the limit of detection and limit of quantification of 0. 0001 mg/L and 0. 0004 mg/L, respectively. The polarographic wave is produced by the reduction of the carbonyl group in the pyrimidine ring of the reaction product and presents irreversible adsorption characteristics. The method can be applied to the measurement of cyanide in ground water, surface water and industrial wastewater, giving the relative standard deviation less than 4. 2% and the recovery between 95.7% - 102. 1%. The measured values are in good agreement with that of the standard method.
