摘要
核电厂的仪控系统数字化,使得操纵员的情景意识失误(SAE)更为突出。为了识别操纵员存在的主要情景意识失误并进行预防和控制,从认知功能的视角对情景意识失误进行分类,采用建立的SAE分析方法对收集到的人因事件进行分析,获得79组样本数据,识别存在的主要情景意识失误及其原因。基于纵深防御的视角,从SAE的事前预防、事中控制和事后恢复三方面提出了系统化的SAE预防、控制和恢复体系,为数字化核电厂在预防和控制SAE方面提供理论指导。
The instrumentation and control system is digitized in nuclear power plants, which makes the operator's situation awareness error (SAE) more prominent. In order to identify the existing main SAE and carry out prevention and control, the SAE was classified first from the perspective of cognitive function in situational awareness. And then, the collected human factor events were analyzed by using the established SAE analysis method, in which data of 79 samples were obtained to identify the main SAE and causes. Based on the perspective of defense in depth, the systematic prevention, control and recovery system of SAE was proposed from three aspects, including preven- tion in advance, control during implementation and post-recovery of SAE. The results of the present work may provide theoretical guidance for prevention and control of SAE in digital nuclear power plants.
