摘要
以BK425为反浮选脱镁捕收剂,BK432为反浮选脱铝捕收剂,对贵州某高镁高铝胶磷矿采用双反浮选进行了提质降杂试验研究。原矿一段磨矿细度为-0.074 mm含量占70%,二段中矿再磨细度为-0.074 mm含量占75%,经过双反浮选闭路试验流程可以获得P2O5品位33.97%,倍半氧化物之和(Al2O3+Fe2O3)2.23%,Mg O含量0.73%,P2O5回收率73.71%的磷精矿。BK432捕收能力强,形成的脱铝泡沫较脆,容易消泡,流动性好,为反浮选脱铝闭路流程创造了良好的前提条件。
With BK425 as a demagging collector and BK432 as a dealuminizingcollector of reverse flotation,an impurity reduction study of double reverse flotation on a high magnesium and alumina collophanite in Guizhou province has been carried out. The tests results show that under the conditions of first stage grinding fineness -0. 074 mm 70% and second stage middling-regrinding fineness of -0. 074 mm 75% , and by the closed-circuit flowsheet of double reverse flotation,a phosphate concentrate can be obtained with P205 grade 33.97% , (Al2O3 + Fe203 ) grade 2.23% ,MgO grade 0.73% and P205 recovery 73.71%. The BK432 collector has strong collecting ability and the froth formed in the dealuminizing flotation is fragile and easy to be defoaming, and which provide good conditions for the closed - circuit flowsheet of dealuminizing by reverse flotation.
