摘要 为了研究设备链接法压缩墨量和编辑曲线法压缩墨量在纺织品数码印花中的应用效果,通过主观评价法分别评价标准ICC压缩墨量法(简称标准ICC法)、RIP软件压缩墨量法(简称RIP法)、编辑曲线压缩墨量法(简称编辑曲线法)及设备链接曲线压缩墨量法(简称设备链接法)的打印效果,并且采用客观评价法在理论上评价编辑曲线法和设备链接法。提出使用编辑曲线方法进行压缩墨量,同时提出将印刷行业中的设备链接曲线应用到纺织品数码印花领域墨量压缩的假设,并将设备链接曲线应用拓展为用于同一台数码印花机的墨量压缩,通过实验对其效果进行评价。实验结果表明,标准ICC法控制墨量的打印效果最好,是最值得推荐的纺织品数码印花控制墨量的方法;设备链接控制墨量法打印效果不佳,纺织品数码印花领域中暂不推荐;在最大墨量为200的面料上,RIP法略优于编辑曲线法。 In order to evaluate application effects of device link and editing profile method in textile digital printing, subjective evaluation method is applied to evaluate printing effects of ICC ink compression method ( short for standard ICC method), RIP ink compression (short for RIP method), editing profile ink compression (short for editing profiles method ) and device link profile ink compression method (short for device link method ). Meanwhile, objective evaluation method is adopted to theoretically evaluate editing profile method and device link method. Then, the hypothesis that editing profile method is used for ink compression and device link profile method is applied to ink compression in textile digital printing field is proposed. The usage of device link profiles is extended. Ink amount can be compressed on the same digital printing machine by employing device link curve. The results show that the printing effect of standard ICC method is optimal and worth recommendation; the printing effect of device link method is poor, so it is not recommended in textile digital printing field; the effect of RIP method is better than that of editing profile method for the fabrics with maximum ink amount of 200.
