摘要
阐述了C70型敞车底架钢结构的组成及主要损坏形式,对底架的重要结构且变形较严重的中、侧梁,进行下垂变形的检测,分析其下垂变形的原因,提出相应的调修方法。建立底架的三维模型,对中、侧梁下垂变形调修进行了有限元仿真计算,能更好地对调修参数做出选择,从而实现对C70型敞车底架中、侧梁下垂变形的调修。
The underframe steel structure components and mainly damaged forms were described. The center and side frame are important parts of the structural components and have serious deformation in operation. The sagging deformation of the center and side frame was detected. The reason of the deformation was analyzed and the method of adjustment and repair was put forward. The threedimensional model of the underframe was established to the finite element simulation. The result provides a reference for the parameter selection of adjustment and repair, thus realizing the adjustment and repair process of the center and side frame sagging deformation of C70 gondola car underframe.
